QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree in Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • At least 5 year(s) experienced employee specialized in purchasing/inventory/material & warehouse management or equivalent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reports to Inventory Supervisor
  • Receives raw materials, consumables, and fixed assets.
  • Issues raw materials and consumables, fixed assets, and PPEs to Fabrication.
  • Monitors and checks inventory (stock level) of raw materials and supply of consumables.
  • Prepares and submits inventory reports such as Incoming, Outgoing, Issuance of materials, and a summary report of Delivery receipts and Invoices weekly
  • Authorized signatory on the following documents: Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, and Materials Movement Form (MMF).
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
