Job Description:

The Accounts Management Group (AMG) Assistant Manager is under the Sales Reservation and Documentation Department. He/she oversee the department's overall output, addressing any issues raised by team members or other departments. Foster team synergy for optimal results and maintain high motivation levels. Ensure that company goals are achieved while adhering strictly to government and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provides overall support and guidance to the team to achieve the department's objectives.

  2. Sets goals, performance indicators and metrics that will support the department's targets and objectives.

  3. Prepares and manages the department's operational and capital expenditures.

  4. Maintains good business relationships with Government Agencies to ensure smooth processing of documentary requirements for Title transfer processing.

  5. Validates accuracy and consistency of data provided by the buyer in the Buyer's Information Sheet (BIS), Reservation Agreement (RA), Payment Term Sheet prior to affixing signature to officialize the sale of property.

  6. Verifies that the data in the Contract to Sell (CTS) matches the information provided in the reservation documents and required attachments.

  7. Ensures buyers' full payment of property before endorsing the Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS) to authorized signatories.

  8. Obtains documents such as Sales Invoice (SI), Payment of Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT) and Buyer's Ledger from the office of Finance to complete the dockets for submission to government agencies.

  9. Approves payments for government agencies to proceed with the processing of the Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) and Tax Declaration.

  10. Oversees all and other transactions of the team members to avoid delays and ensure completion of tasks on time.

  11. Thinking of ways to fast track or enhance the process for the better efficiency of the team.

  12. Conducts coaching to team members to improve performance and ensure consistent efficient execution of tasks.

  13. Coordinates and collaborates with other departments for any issues that need resolution.

  14. Prepares Daily and Weekly Sales documentation and Registration reports.

  15. Performs all other tasks necessary that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

·       Graduate of any 4-year Business or finance related course.

·       With at least 3 years of related experience in a supervisory or managerial post.

·       With good communication skills, excellent customer service, good time management and strong sense of integrity.

·       Willing to work onsite at HTLand, Inc. Mandani Bay, Mandaue City, Cebu.
