JOB SUMMARY:
He shall be responsible for the following:
· Assist Property Manager
· Oversees the technical and maintenance aspect of the operations from preventive, correct, and major maintenance works or renovations in all regions.
· Visits the site on flexible schedule to assist on-site team and ensure timeliness and quality of work performance.
· Execution of assigned company projects
· Coordinates with contractors when major maintenance works are outsourced.
· Tracks projects and coordinates with contractors for any pending outsourced tasks
· Liaises with key officers of the organization or the company
· Oversees subordinates most especially the RBAs and technical mobile team leader
· Conducts performance reviews of subordinates
· Schedules assignments of subordinates
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and among the Top 10% of the class
- Preferably a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- At least 10 years relevant work experience and training with minimum of 5 years Supervisory and Managerial Role
