Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization's long-term goals.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.

  • Lead financial planning and analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

  • Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, audit, and compliance.

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, statements, and forecasts.

  • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure.

  • Establish internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Mitigate financial risk through sound policies and insurance strategies.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for financial stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, banks, and external partners.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA (strongly preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a retail industry.
