As a Branch Manager

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Hire, train, and manage spa staff to ensure high-quality service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
  • Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
  • Create efficient work schedules for staff and designate task.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Social Media Platfors, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva and other productive tools
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in leading a team is required

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
  • Strong leadership skills
