We are excited to invite you to join our growing team as a Full-Stack Engineer, with a crucial emphasis on Front-End expertise. This dynamic role is essential for delivering robust, scalable back-end solutions while setting the gold standard for application quality, user experience, and visual excellence on the client side. You will be at the forefront of leveraging full-stack development practices to drive end-to-end efficiency and quality in our software solutions for SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Focused), your primary focus will be on the architecture and development across the entire application stack, with significant ownership over the user-facing interface.

Front-End Architecture & UI/UX Mastery (70% Focus)

  • Feature Implementation: Design, build, test, and deploy complex, high-performance user-facing features and reusable components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React expertise is mandatory).
  • Creative Asset Translation: Accurately translate high-fidelity UI/UX design wireframes and prototypes (e.g., from Figma/Sketch) into functional, pixel-perfect web interfaces while ensuring accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
  • State Management: Architect and manage robust client-side state solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) for complex single-page applications (SPAs).

Back-End Development & API Integration (30% Focus)

  • API Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints using a modern back-end framework or Python/Django/Go/Laravel preferred).
  • Database Management: Implement database schemas and write optimized queries (SQL/NoSQL) necessary to support new front-end features and improve application performance.
  • System Integration: Oversee the secure integration of the front-end application with back-end services, ensuring data integrity and efficient communication.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Deployment & DevOps: Contribute to the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure/GCP) for both front and back-end services.
  • Code Review & Standards: Uphold high engineering standards by conducting thorough code reviews for both client and server-side code.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging full-stack technologies, front-end optimization techniques, and back-end security best practices.
