ACCOUNTING STAFF (With Experience)

The Accounting Staff is responsible for carrying out daily and monthly financial and accounting tasks. This includes general bookkeeping, maintaining the general ledger and financial reports, processing invoices and payments, and performing accounts reconciliation.

Requirements and skills:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • With at least 2 years of relevant accounting and Financial analysis and reporting experience
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly document and spreadsheet software, with general knowledge of accounting software
  • Skilled in preparing journal entries, trial balances, and BIR Forms
  • Capable of reviewing purchases and expenses, and preparing Statements of Account (SOA)
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
  • Well-organized, with excellent self-management and reporting skills
  • Able to prioritize and complete assigned tasks timely
  • Can start immediately
