We are seeking a skilled, reliable Carpenter to construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, physical dexterity, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, Cut, and Shape wood, plywood, drywall, and other construction materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery (e.g., circular saws, routers, sanders).
  • Construct, Erect, and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, doorframes, roof systems, and wooden forms for pouring concrete.
  • Install Structures and Fixtures such as windows, doors, stairs, cabinets, trim, molding, and hardware.
  • Inspect and repair damaged wooden structures or fixtures, and conduct general maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
  • Ensure that all structures are plumb, level, square, and securely assembled, adhering to local building codes and safety guidelines.
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, and temporary structures as needed.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals (e.g., electricians, plumbers, construction managers) to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, correctly utilizing all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Track and Report on time worked and materials used for assigned projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Carpenter
  • In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, methods of installation, and construction procedures.
  • Proficiency in using both electrical and manual equipment and measuring instruments (e.g., powered saws, levels, rulers, squares).
  • Commitment to safety and ability to strictly follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
