About the Role

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to support our financial data operations. This role is critical to the accuracy and continuity of our systems. You will be responsible for accessing bank portals, downloading financial reports, validating data, and uploading information into our internal systems.

This position will be our first BPO operator, so we are looking for a highly trustworthy, independent, and consistent individual, with attention to detail and a proven ability to follow structured processes with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Log in daily to multiple bank and financial portals, download bank statements, transaction reports, and other financial documents, and upload reports and data into internal systems in accordance with defined procedures

●      Perform manual data checks, validations, and reconciliations

●      Execute manual mitigations and exception handling when required

●      Follow operational playbooks, checklists, and security guidelines strictly

●      Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and any issues encountered

●      Communicate clearly with the operations team regarding status, delays, or anomalies

Required Qualifications

● years of experience in data operations, back-office operations, or financial operations

●      Experience working with bank portals, financial systems, or accounting platforms

●      Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in repetitive tasks

●      Comfortable handling sensitive financial data with confidentiality

●      Fluent English with high proficiency in written and verbal communication, including clear reporting and issue documentation

●      Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily recurring tasks independently

●      Strong hands-on experience and proven proficiency in Excel

●      High level of reliability, consistency, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

●      Background in banking operations, finance, accounting support, or fintech

●      Experience with data validation, reconciliations, or quality control

●      Experience working with SOPs and structured workflows in a BPO environment
