Night Shift/ Shifting (7 PM–9 PM start)
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage network infrastructure 24/7
• Create/resolve trouble tickets and follow SLAs
• Escalate major incidents and join incident bridges
• Perform root cause analysis and prepare reports
• Use monitoring tools (PRTG, Nagios, Solarwinds, etc.)
Qualifications:
• CCNA required | CCNP preferred
• Associate’s degree or 2+ years in IT support/network admin
• Experience in ServiceNow & monitoring platforms
• Familiar with OSI troubleshooting, AWS/Azure, virtual desktops
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
