Job Description

Creative Leads at Afni are creative innovators within our in-house team — turning data, candidate insight, and our employment value proposition into powerful, human-centric campaigns. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of creativity and talent attraction — developing conceptual campaigns and stories that help bring the best people into our team, while strengthening our employment brand.

As a Creative Lead for Recruitment, you'll guide your team through ideation, concept development, execution, and delivery — mentoring their growth, strengthening their creative prowess, and fostering a collaborative, healthy team culture — all while making a measurable impact on our ability to connect with prospective team members.

What You'll Do

As a Creative Lead for Recruitment, you're more than just a team leader — you're a creative powerhouse who inspires and brings out the best in those you collaborate with. You will:

  • Provide strong creative direction, mentoring, and guidance to your team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia artists.
  • Combine creativity with data, turning candidate and employment market insights into innovative and disruptive campaigns.
  • Develop concepts, stories, and big ideas alongside Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and internal stakeholders — delivering campaigns that make Afni the employment destination of choice.
  • Raise the creative bar while honoring Afni's culture — delivering campaigns that feel human, welcoming, purposeful, and distinctly us.
  • Manage multiple priorities gracefully — staying adaptable, diplomatic, and solution-oriented under pressure.

Some specifics include:

  • Conceptualize and lead the creative ideation process for integrated recruitment campaigns and employment branding initiatives across online, social media, email, events, and other platforms.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to foster a team culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative problem-solving with internal stakeholders — Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Employee Experience — to align creative output with employment goals.
  • Turning creative briefs and candidate market insights into strong creative strategies, messages, stories, and conceptual directions.
  • Helping grow and shape Afni's employment brand across all platforms, optimizing creative delivery for maximum candidate engagement and conversion.
  • Working alongside fellow Creative Leads to foster a collaborative team culture — developing training programs, organizing routines, and strengthening operational processes.

  • Deliver on shared talent attraction goals alongside the rest of the team.
  • Raise creative scores across campaigns through process improvement, automation, and innovation.
  • Improve candidate engagement, loyalty, and eventual conversion to team members.
  • Develop team members' skills, confidence, and creativity — helping them grow alongside our business.

Main Deliverables

  • Best-in-class creative strategies, campaigns, and concept directions that drive measurable results for talent attraction.
  • Clear and well-articulated employment branding, visual, and creative messages across all candidate touchpoints.
  • An agile, efficient delivery process for all recruitment-related creative requests.
  • An organized, well-managed, well-resourced, and healthy creative team that feels supported, recognized, and motivated.

Standard Expected Requirements.

  • Amenable to work in Commonwealth Q.C. on a Hybrid arrangement (3 Onsite x 2 WFH)
  • Amenable to work in PH and US hours
  • CREATIVE PORTFOLIO FOR REVIEW
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of creative experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisor role.
  • Experience developing concepts and campaigns for recruitment, employment branding, or human resources initiatives is a strong plus.
  • Portfolio demonstrates conceptual thinking, creative excellence, and strong execution across multiple media.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills — able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and oversee numerous campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related design tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital media trends, especially as they relate to employment branding.
  • Collaborative team player with strong project management skills and a passion for mentoring and developing creative talent.
