The role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Teleperformance team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement, including both on-site and remote work. As an Accounts Payable Clerk.

Key responsibilities

  1. Process and maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
  2. Verify invoices, check for accuracy, and ensure timely payment to vendors
  3. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  4. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective financial processes
  6. Maintain and update the accounts payable system and records
  7. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
  7. Knowledge of accounts payable best practices and regulations
