BIM Modeler

• Develop detailed 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate their inputs into the BIM model.
• Organize and maintain project data, including model files, documentation, and metadata, ensuring easy access and updates.
• Conduct regular checks for model integrity, ensuring that all components are correctly represented and coordinated.
• Use software tools to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems, such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Prepare construction documentation and visualizations, including plans, sections, and elevations, derived from the BIM model.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on BIM software and best practices.
• Revise models based on feedback from project stakeholders and during various project phases.
• Ensure that models comply with industry standards and client requirements, maintaining consistency across projects.
• Support sustainability initiatives by analyzing energy efficiency and other environmental factors through the BIM model.
