Mez seeks to fill one full-time Customer Service position within the location in Makati. Customer Service – is responsible tfor managing all engineering and quality-related functions for the supply of printed circuit boards for the U.S. customer group.

Job Duties/Competencies:

  • Ensure excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of ordered products.
  • Communication and coordination with another department to resolve inquiries.
  • Responsible for delivering the best possible service level to both the front-line sales team and customers. This involves providing day-to-day management support for both.
  • Translate customers' requests and requirements into detailed and sometimes technical instructions for the project team.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvement that positively impact customer experience
  • Support in a variety of administrative tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Customer service
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues
  • Ability to instill brand loyalty and build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize based on incoming project
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to catch the error
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and quick turnaround
  • Strong business acumen with effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication Skills
  • Electronic industry is preferred
