Job Summary:

The Lead Architect produces conceptual plan and design, conducts site/ construction inspection works as may be required by the project. He/ She will be responsible to assist in the technical analysis and planning of the project or of components of the project as directed by the project lead.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statements and the core values of the organization; ensures that subordinate employees perform their respective functions in like manner.
  2. Communicating and coordinating with clients, consultants and suppliers.
  3. Develops project conceptual plans for exterior and interior renderings and presentation for clients review and approval.
  4. Prepares technical drawings specifications, and all other related documents prior to endorsement to the Senior Project Manager for approval.
  5. Coordination with other designers for engineering drawings.
  6. Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of project planning and design activities in accordance with set targets and schedules.
  7. Refer matters of importance, issues, and concerns (i.e. envisioned or on going) to the Senior Project Manager for consultation, information decision, and approval.
  8. Performs such other duties and responsibilities related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.

Education

BS degree in Architecture; Preferably with license

Experience

Experience in planning, developing and implementing building designs.

Proficient knowledge of Architectural software (AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Rendering tools such as V-ray, etc.). Develop plans and shop drawing using Autodesk-AutoCAD.
