GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop Building Information Models (BIM) from LOD 200 to LOD 500.
  • Create parametric families, utilize shared parameters, generate schedules, and produce complex geometries.
  • Provide shop drawings from BIM in line with the deliverable list.
  • Coordinate 3D models with other trades to ensure seamless integration.
  • Collect redlined IFC/drawings from COD for as-built preparation (LOD 500).
  • Assist in consolidating clash reports and preparing material presentations.
  • Input marked-up drawings into Revit, adhering to BIM content standards.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies or design issues in construction drawings.
  • Track RFA and RFI schedules and critical milestone dates to ensure timely project completion.
  • Report discrepancies or design issues between architectural, structural, and MEPFS plans to the Project Manager.
  • Communicate delays in resolving design issues and non-conformances to the Architectural In-Charge and/or Project Manager.

Educational Attainment:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in architecture or civil engineering.
  • Completion of a prescribed BIM Training Program/Certificate (Architectural, Structural, and MEP)

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience using BIM-related software.
  • Experience with BIM in high-rise projects is highly advantageous.

Technical Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of basic construction principles.
  • Familiarity with drafting conventions and standards.
  • Proficiency in Revit Software, Autodesk Naviswork, Autodesk Design Review, and 3D layout and design.
  • Ability to read and interpret 2D plans, both electronically and in hardcopy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams.
