Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Delivering integrated project deliverables exclusively in Autodesk Revit.
  • Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables.
  • Coordinating designs with Building Services, Structural, Architecture and other engineering disciplines.
  • Troubleshooting issues and support technical team members.
  • Coordination and collaboration utilising the Federated Model in the following platforms: Autodesk Navisworks, BIM360 Model Coordination, Bluebeam, Revizto, BIM Track.
  • Collaboration and liaison with other engineering teams and groups to ensure all design elements are considered.
  • Communication with team members in other locations is a critical part of the role requiring familiarity and comfort in regular remote communication via video call and messaging.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience using Autodesk Revit for HVAC designs. 
  • Advanced skills in Navisworks and associated coordination packages.
  • Ability to work independently, delivering accurate Revit models, HVAC details and coordinated drawings.
  • 5 to 10 years' experience within Buildings type projects.
  • Knowledge of Australian Building Codes & Standards.
  • An understanding of ISO19650 principles.
  • An ability to coordinate & manage your own workload, project deliverables and deadlines. 
  • A desire to drive efficiencies through continuous improvement.
  • A strong communicator and able to build positive working relationships, internally/externally across all levels of the business.
  • Experience in delivering design and documentation for other buildings disciplines is desirable.

This job offer is based in either Makati, Quezon City or Cebu depending on candidate location.
