Job Description

As a Mechanical Draftsman, you will create accurate 3D models and technical drawings using PTC Creo to support mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes. You'll collaborate with engineers, ensure design accuracy, maintain documentation, and help optimize production workflows across a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Shift: Mid Shift, Weekends Off (M-F 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM PHT)

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman or in a similar mechanical design role
  • Hands-on proficiency with PTC Creo for drafting and designing (required)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Your Daily Tasks

  • Create detailed 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies using PTC Creo.
  • Generate accurate and timely technical drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with standards.
  • Support internal mechanical functions by handling overflow drafting and design tasks.
  • Maintain organized documentation and version control of all design files.
