The DCX Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant plays a vital role in supporting DCX's end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. This position provides operational, administrative, and analytical assistance to ensure efficient hiring workflows and seamless onboarding experiences for new hires and interns. This role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining the integrity of recruitment data, generating insightful reports, and assisting with process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition Operations team. The assistant also directly supports the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations by conducting research, documenting, and coordinating projects.

ATS Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate independently complex ATS tools and champion data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provides additional support to the Talent Sourcing and Assessment team during bulk and seasonal hiring. Conducts preliminary assessments of candidates and prepares related documents.
Provides additional support to the Talent Onboarding team in completing, reviewing, and approving pre-employment requirements. Prepares summaries and reports related to this.
Provides administrative support to the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, including, but not limited to, meeting representation, events management, business intelligence, team development, etc.
Serves as the main contact for DCX interns regarding their pre- and post-internship documents and activities. Works closely with the interns' immediate supervisor and other internal stakeholders to meet the interns' industry requirements.
Manages Talent Acquisition Operations, data management, and reporting. Utilizes ATS tools like Workday and HiredScore to create, visualize, and analyze metrics, data, and trends.
Supports process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement initiatives for TA Operations.
Assists in handling internal and external communication related to TA Operations, ensuring timely dissemination of updates, announcements, and reports.
Performs other tasks analogous to the foregoing.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, communications, social sciences, business administration, or any related field.
Experience: At least three (3) years of direct experience in talent acquisition or end-to-end human resource management. Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
Certifications & Licenses: No certifications required. However, a licensed Psychometrician and certification in Recruitment and Selection or Human Resources Management are a plus.
Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic to intermediate knowledge of ATS, like Workday and Asana, is an advantage.
Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the BPO industry.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000

Work Shift: Split shift 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM | 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PHT
