We're looking for someone who brings creative confidence to the table, works

be working alongside creatives, marketers, project managers, and educators to
design content that's clear, clever, and engaging—from digital and print
campaigns to interactive experiences.

Skills & experience
● 5 years of professional graphic design experience
● Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and
Photoshop)
● Strong portfolio showcasing layout design, branding, and visual
storytelling
● Solid understanding of typography, colour, composition, accessibility, and
hierarchy
● Excellent time management and project juggling skills
● Attention to detail
● Experience working across digital and print
● Knowledge of web, animation, or interactive design is a bonus
What your day-to-day looks like
Every day is a little different, but your week could include:
● Designing engaging, on-brand visual assets for print, digital, and
everything in between
● Laying out multi-page documents like guides, handbooks, or reports
● Creating graphics and templates for interactive PowerPoints and
presentations
● Evolving brand identities and applying them consistently across formats
● Working with marketers, writers, and other designers to bring ideas to life
● Contributing illustrations or basic animations (if that's in your skill set)
Light video editing or motion graphics (again—bonus points if that's your
jam)
● Keeping files tidy, feedback tracked, and deadlines met
● Sharing creative input in brainstorms and team reviews
● Staying up to date on trends and tools that keep our work fresh but
timeless
