Sr Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented designer to work on high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands. As a Sr Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering visually stunning ads that meet our clients' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma and possess a strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail. The selected candidate will be part of a fast-growing performance creative agency for e-commerce brands in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Presentation and refinement of design work based on feedback and analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
