Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Muntinlupa City for Finance or Accounting Graduates. The role involves performing financial analysis, managing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making for financial operations. Responsibilities will also include reconciliation tasks, budget monitoring, and collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in finance and accounting, including knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in financial data entry, and proficiency in using accounting tools and software
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate financial data and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office productivity tools
  • Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards is an advantage
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus
