Travel Consultant – Corporate & Leisure

Manila | Full-time

We are looking for a Travel Consultant – Corporate & Leisure to support our growing client portfolio by handling end-to-end travel arrangements for both corporate and leisure accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, travel planning, and delivering seamless travel experiences.

What you'll do

  • Manage corporate and leisure travel accounts assigned by the Corporate & Leisure Manager
  • Handle client inquiries (walk-in, phone, and email) and prepare customized travel proposals
  • Arrange flights, hotels, tours, and group travel, including special airline rates
  • Finalize bookings, process invoices, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain data privacy and confidentiality in handling client information
  • Provide general operational and administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

  • College graduate or at least 7 years of experience in travel industry as Travel Consultant.
  • Knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, reissuance, and refunds
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and computer literate
  • Ability to work well with clients and internal teams
