QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Operations and maintenance monitoring to ensure quick response to fault alarms.
  • Handling major online faults and driving quick fault resolution.
  • Event generation, troubleshooting follow-up, event escalation, and event process recording.
  • Regularly conduct fault drills and promote system optimization and improvement based on the results.
  • Routine inspection and statistical work of risk events.
  • Assisting in application upgrades, network upgrades, project launches, and server changes. Employment Standards
