About the Role
The client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and managing key business processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to balance multiple tasks while supporting contractors and company operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication & Call Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and text messages using Grasshopper and company email. Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, addressing questions, payment issues, and missing orders.
  • Financial & Inventory Administration: Prepare and submit invoices and purchase orders. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, process inventory requests, and provide tracking numbers.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile and prepare weekly sales and inventory reports.
  • General Administration: Complete various administrative tasks as needed to support team goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Prior experience with Grasshopper is required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
