We're hiring a strategic and data-driven Account-Based Marketer (ABM) to support our sales and marketing teams in targeting high-value enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, personalization, and performance marketing, and who enjoys crafting campaigns that speak directly to the needs of specific accounts and industries. What You'll Do:
  • Targeting & Segmentation
    • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts in collaboration with sales and leadership
    • Develop segmentation strategies based on industry, persona, and buying signals
  • Campaign Creation & Personalization
    • Design and execute customized, multi-touch campaigns tailored to specific accounts
    • Create compelling assets including emails, landing pages, 1:1 ads, decks, and outreach scripts
    • Collaborate with content and design teams to align brand and messaging with account needs
  • Sales Alignment & Enablement
    • Work closely with SDRs and AEs to integrate ABM into outbound outreach
    • Support personalized sales materials, messaging, and prospect journeys
    • Provide performance insights and engagement metrics to improve targeting and close rates
  • Measurement & Optimization
    • Track ABM performance through KPIs like engagement rate, conversion rate, and pipeline velocity
    • Regularly review campaign outcomes and recommend iterative improvements
    • Leverage CRM and marketing platforms to refine account intelligence
Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 1 year focused on ABM or targeted outbound
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, enterprise personas, and long-cycle buying behavior
  • Experience using CRM/marketing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clearbit, or Mutiny
  • Excellent written communication and content structuring skills
  • Strategic thinker who's equally comfortable executing the details
  • Bonus: Familiarity with developer tools, SaaS, or technical audiences
  • Bonus: Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
