Job summary

The Recruitment & HR Generalist is responsible in the acquisition and talent planning management. Participate in the development of Performance Management System and collaborates with department heads in the creation of training interventions for competency and performance gaps of every individual employee to meet the organizational goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management

  • Create and send request of manpower as per Departmental needs.
  • Monitor and collaborate with third-party manpower provider and ensures to meet SLA for selection of applicants.
  • Conducts a thorough interview with endorsed applicant from third-party manpower provider.
  • Collaborates and make recommendations on the recruitment system update of policies and protocols.
  • Communicates necessary requirements prior to on-boarding of successfully selected candidates.

Performance Management

  • Collaborates with immediate superior and PMC (Performance Management Committee) with regards to updates and revisions on Performance Management System.
  • Facilitates coordination with department heads on all performance management related activities (ex. Evaluating performance of probationary employee).
  • Participates in the discussion and revision of Performance Management System.
  • Orient Evaluators and employees on the performance appraisal process and completion.

Employee and Labor Relation

  • Provide assistance to HR-Manager in the area of Employee and Labor relation.

Benefits & Time Keeping Management

  • Provide assistance to HR-Manager in the area of Benefits & Time Keeping Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
