Join a dynamic team within our Compliance division, which is responsible for ensuring surveillance platforms, models and coverage meet the risk requirements of Macquarie. Our focus is ensuring the surveillance system coverage and capabilities remain fit for purpose to meet regulatory requirements and internal risk assessments across both eComms and Voice surveillance.

What role will you play?
You will be responsible for supporting the effectiveness of our eComms surveillance platforms by assisting with user onboarding, writing requirements for system features and enhancements, and performing system testing and troubleshooting. You will be onboarding new users, investigating user access and system issues, and maintaining system integrity through monthly system updates. In collaboration with internal teams, you will address areas for uplift, including system enhancements and new channel onboarding.

Additionally, you will support the management of the overall book of work and help keep stakeholders informed about updates to the eComms and Voice product roadmap. Your contributions will extend to project delivery, where you'll assist with developing user cases, participating in testing activities, and implementing solutions.

What You Offer

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within the tech or banking and financial services industry
  • Experience or a keen interest in electronic communication surveillance, risk management, compliance or technology
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across varying levels of seniority effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and work collaboratively
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines and propose viable solutions
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
