JOB PURPOSE:

As Multimedia Artist you will fulfill a supporting role in creating high-quality visual content across various media formats to support our brand identity and marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for translating complex ideas into visually engaging and impactful creative assets that will elevate our brand image and support our digital marketing initiatives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Digital Branding team to understand and contribute to marketing strategies, ensuring that design work aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, website assets, video, presentations, and print materials.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content, including editing existing footage, animation, and motion graphics.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and digital marketing best practice
  • Ensure all creative deliverables are consistent with the brand's visual style and voice, while adapting designs for various formats (social media, digital ads, landing pages, etc.).
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to understand project goals and deliver content on time.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in multimedia design and marketing, with a focus on strategy, execution, and cross-platform content creation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia design work across various formats (social, digital, video, print).
  • Experience in developing and running successful marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to integrate creative design with marketing goals.
  • Experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and motion graphics.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and present creative concepts effectively.
  • Knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS) and experience with website and social media content management is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
