About the Role
: In charge of supervising the Electromechanical system's planning implementation ensuring compliance to project specifications, budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities
:

  • Conceptualizes and designs Electromechanical system required
  • Sign and sealing of Electronics (Auxiliary) design and working drawings for construction and building permit.
  • Plans and organizes Electromechanical works to meet schedule and timelines as required in the project schedule
  • Evaluates progress reports as required
  • Coordinates, maintains and controls project material cost, quality and productivity of Auxiliary works
  • Monitors progress accomplishment and issuance of Owner Supplied Materials
  • Provides work direction to MEP Staff including supervision of Auxiliary design, estimating and costing
  • Attend pre bid meetings with clients/owners/subcontractors
  • Attend meetings concerning Electromechanical issues
  • Ensures compliance to project's Environmental, Health and Safety Program
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE)

Required Skills
:

  • Must have at least 15 years of related work experience in a construction industry
  • Certification/License Required: PECE and RECE
