The Infrastructure Project Manager coordinates and manages projects related to infrastructure setup, migration, upgrade, and support. This includes server provisioning, network installations, and user-side deployments. The Project Manager ensures that all tasks are aligned to schedules, budgets, and resource availability.

Scope and responsibilities:

  • Manage daily project schedules, risk logs, and team coordination for infrastructure efforts.
  • Coordinate with server, network, and workplace teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain issue and escalation matrices and track milestones.
  • Support documentation and reporting of project metrics.
  • Ensure integration with Release and Transition process.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, change logs, and customer briefings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of infrastructure project or operations experience.
  • Familiarity with deployment lifecycles, change management, and service handover.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
