About the role

As an Accounting Associate at Victor Consunji Development Corporation, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial operations. What you'll be doing

  1. Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments
  2. Reconciling bank statements and accounts to maintain accurate financial records
  3. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documents
  4. Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferably with a CPA License)
  2. 2-3years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  4. Proficiency in using accounting software
  5. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters
