The IE Specialist supports restaurant operations by analyzing processes, improving efficiencies, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role combines technical IE functions with administrative responsibilities such as documentation, report generation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

JOB SCOPE:

  • Prepare and consolidate weekly/monthly reports on productivity, labor efficiency, and cycle times.
  • Track performance metrics and analyze root causes of underperformance.
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Finance to consolidate labor and cost data.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling field visits, encoding data, and updating project trackers.
  • Analyze workflows, kitchen layouts, and service flow to identify inefficiencies.
  • Conduct time & motion studies, workload balancing, and capacity planning.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
  • Support store opening setups, layout planning, and operational pilot testing.
  • Lead or assist in cost-saving and productivity improvement projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
  • At least 1 year of experience in process improvement, preferably in restaurant or manufacturing environment
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong organizational and clerical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc. )
  • Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and time management skills
  • Willing to be assigned on-site at Mandaluyong
