The Operations Engineering Manager supports the development, implementation, and auditing of operational policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of operations standards across all stores by collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting thorough store audits.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, review, and manage operations policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple departments to prioritize and facilitate the implementation of new operational guidelines and procedures across all stores.
  • Conduct regular on-site store visits to perform comprehensive audits, ensuring compliance with established policies and identifying areas for operational improvement.
  • Analyze audit findings and work with relevant stakeholders to recommend and implement corrective actions and process enhancements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations engineering, process management, or a similar role within a retail or multi-site environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for store audits and visits.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used for policy management and audit reporting.
