Job Overview

The Workforce Supervisor oversees a team of analysts, responsible for all aspects of workforce planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate work schedules and resources for various queues across the organization.
  • Collaborate with site and department leaders to ensure adequate staffing and develop contingency plans during peak demand.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in workforce supervision.
  • At least 1 year experience in Forecasting, and Scheduling.
  • At least 1 year experience in Intraday management.
  • Familiarity with call center concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Multi-site and Multi-skill call center experience.
  • Large call center experience.
  • Knowledge of scheduling software.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of metrics and mathematics.
Essential Skills:
  • Effective communication with internal Operations and clients.
  • Ability to manage teams of 10+ persons.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
