JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Supervision & Workflow Management

  2. Assign tasks to Packing Operators and monitor productivity.

  3. Ensure correct sack/tag usage and compliance with color-coding standards.

  4. Verify batch codes, weights, and sewing quality of finished bags.

  5. Coordinate product changeovers and system cleanouts.

  6. Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting

  7. Conduct random weight checks and audits to ensure compliance.

  8. Investigate non-conforming products (e.g., overweight, mislabeled bags).

  9. Adjust bagging scales and equipment settings as needed.

  10. Ensure corrective actions (CCAR) are implemented for deviations.

  11. Documentation & Reporting

  12. Review and approve Shift packing Report.

  13. Monitor packaging material usage report (sacks, tags, rejects).

  14. Submit daily yield reconciliation reports and escalate variances.

  15. Maintain records for QA and inventory adjustments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a college graduate (any course)
  • With at least 1 year experience in Feed Mill
  • Willing to work on extended hours
  • Able to act quickly when problem arises
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Willing to be assigned in Bocaue, Bulacan
