Barcoding Staff

The Barcoding Staff is responsible for ensuring that all Shopee and Lazada products stored in the warehouse are properly labeled, barcoded, and recorded in the system. This role helps maintain accurate inventory, supports smooth order processing, and ensures compliance with marketplace requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and print barcodes for incoming products.
• Accurately label each item with the correct barcode.
• Verify that product details (SKU, description, and quantity) match system records.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure barcoded items are placed in the right storage locations.
• Conduct regular barcode scanning to update and reconcile inventory records.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged/missing barcodes to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with Shopee and Lazada packaging and labeling standards.
• Assist in order preparation by scanning barcodes during picking and packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the barcoding station.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
