Job Description

  1. Supervises and mentors Product Managers, Associate Product Managers, and Product Assistants

  2. Supervises and guides the product management and implementations teams to ensure that all existing cash management products meet the required business volumes and profit margins through continuous clients conversations, consistent service quality delivery and manage cost

  3. Ensures that all cash management products are continuously updated on a timely basis, in terms of the service features and pricing packages to match the markets requirements

  4. Coordinate with and support the Corporate Product Sales Team and Relationship Managers on the offering of Cash Management Services products to target clients until the full business potentials are realized, including the following activities:

  5. Understanding the client's requirements

  6. Preparing of (customized) product and pricing packages, if necessary
  7. Roll-out and implementation of innovations on exiting cash management service for new arrangement and expansions

  8. Providing assistance, as needed, in helping resolve client specific concerns

  9. Supervises the coordination of activities with central processing supervises (CPS), branch Operations, other internal support units (ITG, EB, etc.), and external service providers to effectively communicate requirements and to ensure that all committed service levels are met

  10. Suggest and spearhead operational enhancements to existing product offerings by reviewing current processes and introducing efficient new methods for lowering cost and increasing productivity

  11. Manage product performance and profitability through the following activities:

  12. Monitoring individual product performance against the defined goals

  13. Assisting in review of individual client performance and recommend any re-negotiation, as needed
  14. Facilitating preparation of the relevant and timely financial performance reports and updates, in coordination with MIS department

  15. Provide regular updates and reviews on the financial performance of the various products and key accounts

  16. Manage the work load of the team

  17. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Supervision/Mentoring of Associate Product Manager and Product Manager
  • Must demonstrate mastery of the products
  • Must effectively manage overall profitability of a product line (e.g. disbursements)
  • Must provide, present and defend the direction/marketing strategy for a given product line or family
  • Must be able to justify the need for creation of a new product or service
  • Must be able to come up with product innovations
  • Must be able to provide customized or unique solutions to complex customer requirements
  • Has the ability to promote the products internally and to customers
  • Must be able to effectively interface with units responsible for delivering the service
  • Must be able to effectively interface with the Bank's Seniors
  • Must have good critical thinking skills
  • Must have strong mentorship skills
