We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior IT Product Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology products and solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in managing cross-functional teams, aligning product roadmaps with business goals, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in complex IT environments.

As a Senior IT Product Delivery Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and release of IT products and services, working closely with product owners, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing delivery timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies while driving continuous improvement across agile and hybrid delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of IT products and solutions from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define scope, priorities, and release plans.
  • Manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive adoption of agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices.
  • Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure performance and quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across delivery teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT product delivery, program management, or project leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise IT solutions in agile or hybrid environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100, Php200,000.00 per month
