About the role

As an Operations Supervisor at Teleperformance in Cebu City, Cebu, you will play a key role in leading and motivating a team of customer service agents. What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned team, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure the achievement of performance targets
  2. Monitor and evaluate team and individual agent performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing tailored training and development plans
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, recognizing and rewarding high-performing agents
  4. Collaborate with other supervisors and the management team to drive continuous process improvements and enhance overall customer satisfaction
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards
  6. Provide regular performance feedback and conduct formal reviews to support the professional growth of your team members

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a call center or customer service environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate, train and develop a team
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  4. Proficient in the use of call center management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. A passion for creating a positive and engaging work culture, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment
