About the Role

We're looking for a Content & Communications Associate to craft stories and messages that drive our marketing strategies. This role is key in turning ideas into compelling narratives that enhance brand visibility and strengthen connections with partners and talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Write a compelling copy that connects with both partners and talent, consistent with Cooee's brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft impactful storytelling and campaign concepts.
  • Develop taglines, captions, and long-form content that enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent tone and messaging across all channels.
  • (Optional) Support light design work in Canva or similar tools to complement written content.
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand storytelling and marketing impact.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with a strong sense of tone, clarity, and storytelling.
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or related creative fields.
  • Understanding of marketing storytelling and brand communication.
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is an advantage.
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for crafting impactful messages.
  • People-oriented, with confidence in engaging schools, partners, and external stakeholders.
