You will undertake a range of technical tasks that arise during the resolution of tickets where you will be required to log in various different systems and resolve the problem or issue. You will work on our Support Portal: Reviewing incidents, problems and change requests. Training will be provided inhouse and you will have an opportunity to work with leading edge technology in blue-chip multinational F&B companies.

Need:Non-negotiables

Knowledge of SQL DatabasesGood knowledge T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, TriggersDiagnose and address operational data issues

Microsoft SQL ManagementPreferred skills/expertise

Excellent communication skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Good ability to comprehend technical information related to computer software, computer and network hardware
