About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician with experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning units. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience and the proper TESDA certification.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 2–3 years of work experience in air conditioning installation, servicing, and maintenance
  • Must have TESDA NC II (RAC Servicing) certification
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components of AC units
  • Experienced with split-type, window-type, and cassette-type units
  • Can work with minimal supervision and willing to travel for site assignments
  • Physically fit, reliable, and highly motivated

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain various types of air conditioning units
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify issues
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, cleaning, and performance checks
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and equipment standards
  • Prepare simple service reports and coordinate with the team for materials, scheduling, and project updates.
