Featuring state-of-the art brand new hatchery facility located in Davao City, we will be a key player in the agriculture  and food security for Mindaweños.  Starting from eggs too incubation, hatching to vaccination, Chick Haven's hatchery is equipped to deliver high quality inputs to our growing broiler industry across the Philippines.

Industry: Hatchery/Agriculture/Manufacturing/Processing

Working days: Monday – Saturday with rotational Sunday overtime

Free shared accommodation will be provided to all Maintenance Personnel.

Job description:

  • Perform preventive maintenance regularly.
  • Troubleshooting of logic controllers, switch gear, motor controllers, and basic electrical components (panel boards, transfer switch, etc.)
  • Motor troubleshooting
  • Basic plumbing and welding skills
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed and maintain inventory of maintenance equipment and supplies.
  • Recommend improvement areas to management to increase hatchery yield and output

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, wiring, and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Zero- record of previous work anomaly and dishonesty
  • Must have undergone equivalent training for Industrial Electrician or Electrical Installation and maintenance.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of relevant work experience as an Industrial Electrician.
  • Licensing and certification as an electrician is a plus.
  • Willing to start immediately.
