The Recruitment Director – TA Systems, Business Analytics & Resource Capacity Planning at TP Philippines is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition (TA) systems, analytics, and workforce planning. This role will drive operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and ensure optimal resource allocation to meet the organization's hiring goals. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership, to align recruitment initiatives with business objectives and facilitate sustainable organizational growth.

The Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead the development, optimization, and integration of TA systems and platforms to streamline end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Oversee business analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends.
  • Develop and execute resource capacity planning strategies to ensure the organization is equipped to meet current and future talent demands.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into recruitment system requirements and analytics solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and best practices in recruitment automation, reporting, and workforce planning.
  • Manage and mentor a team of TA systems specialists, business analysts, and workforce planners.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements related to recruitment systems and analytics.
  • Prepare and present executive reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep TP Philippines competitive in talent acquisition strategies.
  • Optimize recruitment budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize return on investment.

The Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, or Business Analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role overseeing TA systems and analytics.
  • TA Systems Expertise: Proven experience implementing and managing enterprise-level ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo).
  • Business Analytics: Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
  • Resource Capacity Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute workforce planning models, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience leading large-scale system implementations, upgrades, or process optimization initiatives.
  • Leadership: Track record of building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Change Management: Experience driving organizational change and adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Compliance & Security: Knowledge of data privacy, compliance (GDPR, local regulations), and information security best practices in recruitment operations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the BPO industry or high-volume recruitment environments in the Philippines is an advantage.
