You'll lead the heartbeat of our supply chain — the warehouse. By ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, you'll keep goods moving efficiently, meet client expectations, and safeguard profitability. From space planning and people management to P&L analysis and safety compliance, you'll turn our warehouses into hubs of operational excellence.

Your Mission

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution of daily activities.
  • Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped within cut-off times while meeting KPIs.
  • Implement Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) and enforce company work and safety rules.

Process & System Improvement

  • Design warehouse layout, product flow, and handling systems to maximize efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement new equipment, technologies, and process changes.
  • Develop cost-reduction initiatives across warehouse operations.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Prepare annual budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Review monthly P&L results, analyze trends, prepare reports, and execute action plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely customer billing while addressing potential revenue leakages.

Team & People Management

  • Schedule, assign, and monitor employee performance to meet operational requirements.
  • Motivate staff to achieve efficiency and service excellence.
  • Promote professional growth through training and capability-building programs.

Asset, Equipment & Security Oversight

  • Maintain warehouse equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Ensure staff have safe and efficient tools to perform their functions.
  • Safeguard assets and operations by enforcing strict security protocols.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You…

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related technical course
    .
  • 3–5 years' experience
    in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems, transportation, and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) maintenance is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage P&L, drive process improvements, and lead diverse teams.
