Anytime Fitness Zamboanga is hiring a PT Business Manager (PTBM) to own and lead our Personal Training business. This is not a coordinator role. This is a leadership seat for someone who can build a sales machine, mentor talent, and deliver results month after month.
You will be responsible for the full performance of the Personal Training business:
From trainer productivity and sales strategy to client retention and operational compliance. You will lead a team of personal trainers, drive member engagement, and ensure delivery of world-class service, all while hitting aggressive monthly revenue and performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of Personal Trainers
Sales Execution: Drive PT sales and hit monthly revenue targets
Client Retention: Ensure member satisfaction, personalized coaching, and re-engagement strategies
Operational Compliance: Manage documentation, scheduling, and safety standards
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs for sales, onboarding, and client satisfaction
You Are:
- An experienced fitness leader or Fitness Manager (2+ years)
- Data-driven, organized, and strong in execution
- A confident coach and closer who leads by example
- Committed to service excellence and business growth
Willing to work full-time, on-site in Zamboanga City
