JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Transcribe weekly data from patient files using worksheets
  • Update Weekly Patient Index Report (date, patient's name, procedure, doctor's name)
  • Collect inventory items/sheets after each procedure for database entry
  • Assist with inventory management
  • File of delivery receipts, quotations and service reports in designated folders
  • Track and monitor supplies for purchase requests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
