I. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Specific Role

a. Taking verbal and written instructions from company Managers and Maintenance Officers.

b. Cleaning assigned work areas inside and outside of the property.

c. Ordering and maintain cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.

d. Conducting basic repairs on landscaping and maintenance equipment.

e. Comply with Safety Standards.

f. Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

g. Assisting with the loading and offloading of supplies, products, and materials to be used in the course of clinic operations.

h. Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.

i. Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.

j. Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.

k. Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.

l. Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings.

m. Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.

n. Receive messages or materials to be delivered, and information on recipients, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions, communicated via telephone, two-way radio, or in person.

o. Deliver messages and items, such as, documents, and packages, between establishment departments, and to other establishments and private homes.

p. Sort items to be delivered according to the delivery route.

q. Obtain signatures and payments, or arrange for recipients to make payments.

r. Record information, such as items received and delivered and recipients' responses to messages.

2. General Duties

a. Fulfill the company's set KPI.

b. Ensuring the completeness of reports and deliverables assigned.

c. Following the operations safety and health regulations at the workplace.

d. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

e. Following the company's policies.

f. Perform other task from time to time.

II. Required Skills and Competence

1. Experience and Expertise

a. Filipino citizen and a resident of the Philippines

b. High School diploma or GED

c. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.

d. Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.

e. Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.

f. Must have at least six (6) months of working experience in the related field.

2. Personal Characteristics

a. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

b. Good team player and has strong coordinating skills

c. Willing to work overtime/ Flexible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,128.00 per month
