General Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Fashion Designer.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric technology
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and focus
  • Proficient in design principles, including color theory and composition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • No specific physical requirements

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops design concepts for monthly collections
  • Prepares detailed technical sheets for approved designs, including fabric selection, size specifications, subcontractor assignments, and style codes
  • Sources and selects fabrics and materials appropriate for each product
  • Coordinates with merchandisers and subcontractors to ensure timely garment sampling and quality standards
  • Conducts ongoing research on current fashion trends, materials, and market demands
  • Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
